All online bookings are subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions outlined below:
Advance bookings must be made and paid for prior to your visit.
Email (or printed) confirmation must be presented to staff on your arrival as proof of purchase. If you cannot show the printed or electronic letter confirmation, you will need to purchase admission tickets at the ‘on the door’ rate at the time of your visit to enter.
Advance purchase admission tickets do not include a ‘queue jump’ – on busy days, you will need to join the queue for the admission desk for entry to the courses.
No refunds will be offered on advance purchase admission tickets – if you are unable to attend on the day of your booked visit, please contact the venue at the earliest possible convenience.
Tickets are only valid on the day/time you have booked and are not transferable to other days/times without prior consent of the management.
Valid ID must be presented on arrival when booking the following admission tickets or bundle:
- Carers concession
If these tickets have been purchased without the relevant ID/proof, you will be asked to pay the additional cost for a full price ticket on arrival.
The management of the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual or group, regardless of advance booking.
Any food and drink discount detailed in booking confirmation letters will only be valid on the same date as the admission tickets purchase. Food and drink discount is only valid for a single transaction
Any discounts or promotions applied to online bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount without prior permission of the management.
Offers and/or discounts offered via online booking are subject to change and the management reserve the right to do so without at any time.
Food and drink items are subject to availability on the day of your visit – where items are no longer available, a reasonable substitute will be offered. If there any specific dietary requirements within your party, please inform the venue at the point of booking.
For all admission, children must be suitably supervised – the supervision and safety of children is the responsibility of the accompanying adults(s). We have stringent health and safety policies and have taken all necessary precautions in our power however adult supervision on the courses is necessary for all children under the age of 12 years old.
For all admission, the safety and treatment of our visitors and staff is the priority – if you are found to be acting in any way which would violate this, you may be asked to leave the premises.
For group bookings – you will be bound by the terms set out when booking your group. Some bookings may be only be secured by the payment of a deposit which will be outlined to you upon booking. All deposits are non-refundable but where we have to cancel a booking (through circumstances which are not under our control) we will endeavour to re-schedule or rearrange to the best of our abilities.
